I can assist you through the process of prioritizing your search criteria and then find properties to view that meet your needs and wants. If you would like to be notified of new listings before they go to the public, you can send me your desired search criteria, and I will be happy to create a custom search for you.
I can provide detailed information that is not always available online which can include, but not be limited to sales history, B.C tax report, market comparables and a snapshot of the local neighborhood. When you have narrowed down your search and are ready to view a home, I can arrange a private tour and viewing of the properties you are interested in and help explain the buying process to you.
When it’s time to make an offer, I will work diligently to negotiate the best price. I will be available to you the entire way to completion until you have the keys to your new home in your hands.
